I came out to my mother, who at the time was a fan of the TV show Will & Grace. She asked “which one are you most like… Will, or Jack???” I said “Karen.”

I am one-half of the diversity showcase “Stereotyped 101: A Jewish-Looking Gay Guy and a White-Talking Black Girl,” developed in response to the Rutgers University student who sadly took his own life after being outed on campus.  We are two comedians with a message, using our humor and candor to disarm racism and homophobia in colleges and corporations across the US.
